Welcome to Autumn Ride Wisconsin

Thank you for visiting the Autumn Ride Wisconsin Homepage

Autumn Ride Wisconsin is a point of view video bicycle ride through the beautiful Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest in northern Wisconsin. The ride was filmed during the first week of October in two successive years. The video is primarily directed toward those who train on a stationary bicycle. The video puts you in the saddle as you move through the forest in the approximate range of 18 to 25 miles per hour. The pedal cadence is suggested through the energizing music that accompanies the video. This cadence is appropriate for a strength or endurance training session, or with a light gear load, a relaxing comfort ride. For a more challenging cardio workout, you can double time to the music for sprints.

You can view segments of Autumn Ride Wisconsin with a portion of the soundtrack created by Natural Path Music here.

Borderline is used during the active phase of the ride.

At The End of Yesterday is used during the three and a half minute stretch at the end of the ride.

It is recommended that you consult with your physician before begining any exercise program.
